How to reach the WeRemoteIT team when you have an issue, a question about your match score, or need to dispute a decision.
Support Channels
In-App Support Widget
Click the chat bubble icon (bottom right of any page) to open the Support widget. Your account is pre-filled. Describe your issue and we'll respond within 4 business hours.
Email Support
Email support@weremoteit.com. Include your full name and the issue. Response time: within 24 hours on business days.
Help Centre Page
Navigate to Help from the bottom of your sidebar for FAQs, guided troubleshooting, and self-service options.
How to Submit a Support Ticket
Click the support icon
In any page, click the life-buoy icon at the bottom right corner.
Your info is pre-filled
Your name, email, and company context are automatically loaded from your session. You only need to write the message.
Choose a subject
Select a subject from the dropdown or type a custom one (e.g., "Match Score Dispute", "Payment Issue", "Account Access").
Describe and submit
Explain the issue clearly. Be specific — include job names, dates, and what you expected vs. what happened.
Disputing a Match Score
If you believe your AI match score for a specific job is inaccurate, you can open a pre-filled dispute from the job match panel:
- Navigate to the job match that has an incorrect score
- Click "Dispute Score" next to the match percentage
- The support widget opens with a pre-filled message including the job title, your score, and the AI's reasoning
- Add your explanation and submit — our team reviews within 48 hours
Response Time SLAs
- General inquiries: 24 hours (business days)
- Billing disputes: 48 hours
- Account access issues: 4 hours
- Match score disputes: 48 hours with manual review
