When you post a job, Synapse runs a 5-stage analysis pipeline within seconds:

Reading Your AI Match Report
Each matched candidate comes with a Synapse Match Report showing:
- Overall Match Score (0–100%): The composite weighted score above
- Skills Coverage: Which required skills are confirmed vs. missing
- Risk Signals: Any flags from the vetting pipeline
- Recommendation: Interview, Shortlist, or Pass
🤖 AI Job Description Fill
Use the AI Generate button on any job posting to auto-complete the description, skills list, and scope of work. Better descriptions lead to higher-quality AI matches.
Filtering Candidates
From the Candidates or Pipeline section you can filter by:
- Match score threshold (e.g., only 80%+ matches)
- Vetting tier (Gold, Silver, or All)
- Hourly rate range
- Availability (full-time, part-time, contract)
- Location and timezone
