Reviewing candidates
From /applicants, pick a job → tap a candidate to see skills, experience, match %, and summary.
Pipeline buttons (Telegram)
- ⭐ Shortlist — moves candidate to shortlisted; talent is notified on Telegram when linked.
- 📅 Interview — moves to interviewing. Requires an active interview booking in the portal first. If booking is missing, the bot shows 📅 Open interview slots (portal deep link for that job).
- ❌ Reject — closes the application (disposition reasons may require the portal).
You can also use ✅ Accept / ❌ Reject with an optional note or saved template.
💬 Message talent (Telegram, not mini app)
On a candidate card, tap 💬 Message talent. Type your message in the bot chat — it is delivered to the applicant’s Telegram if they linked the bot. They reply in Telegram; you see replies in the same thread. This does not open the portal mini app or require the talent to open Messages on the website.
Requirements: the candidate must have Telegram linked (same as apply notifications). If not linked, the bot tells you — use the portal Messages page as fallback.
Send /cancel on either side to end the thread.
Tap commands & buttons
- Quick tips and
/commandsinclude inline buttons (Post a job, Review applicants, etc.). - Slash commands in help text are tap-to-insert on Telegram clients where supported.
Full Kanban pipeline, offers, billing, and calendar: Candidates & Pipeline on the website.
Daily applicant digest
Each morning (~09:00 UTC), linked clients receive a company roll-up of new applications since the last digest, then a per-role breakdown:
“Acme Corp — 12 new applicants across 4 roles (avg match 71%)” followed by each job line with buttons to open summaries.
You still get an instant alert when each person applies; the digest is a roll-up for busy hiring managers.
/notifications— digest on/off for your account.- 🔕 Mute on a digest row or job summary — exclude one role from the morning roll-up (instant apply alerts still arrive).
Instant new-application alerts
When talent applies (portal or Telegram Quick Apply), every client on your company with Telegram linked receives a message with match score and a shortcut to review. Failed delivery is retried via the notification queue.
Applicant filters
On a job’s applicant list, use All, New 24h, or ≥70% to focus on recent or strong matches.
