Candidates & Hiring Pipeline
How to review AI-matched candidates, manage your talent pipeline stages, and move candidates from shortlist to hired.
Viewing Candidates
From your dashboard go to Candidates (in the top navigation) or click View Candidates from any job posting. You will see:
- A ranked list of AI-matched candidates with their overall match score
- Verified skill tags, vetting tier (Gold / Silver), and hourly rate
- A quick-view panel with their profile summary, experience, and certifications
- The Synapse Match Report showing strengths, skill gaps, and AI recommendation
Hiring Pipeline Stages
Initial Application
Talent has applied to your job posting. Review their Synapse Match Report.
Shortlisted
You've flagged this candidate as a potential fit. They remain in your saved pool.
Interview Scheduled
Initiate a message thread to coordinate interview timing. Interview notes can be saved to the candidate profile.
Offer Extended
Use the platform messaging to send a formal offer. For managed contracts, this triggers the escrow flow.
Hired
Contract confirmed. The talent is now active. Access deliverables, timesheets, and payment milestones here.
Rejected / Archived
Remove candidates who aren't a fit. They move off your active pipeline but can be found in Archives.
Bulk Actions & Filters
On the Candidates page you can:
- Filter by job posting, match score threshold, vetting tier, availability, and rate range
- Sort by match score (default), most recent, or hourly rate
- Bulk move candidates between pipeline stages
- Export candidate lists as CSV for offline review
Job Analytics
Navigate to Analytics → Job Performance to see:
- Total views, applications, and match rates per posting
- Conversion funnel from Applied → Hired
- Average time-to-hire per role type
- Talent quality trends over time
