You unlock the Verified Pro elite badge in the product. This milestone is separate from the cash referral reward.
100 Referrals — $250 (USDC or USD) tranche
When you reach 100 successful referrals on your dashboard bar, you may qualify for the $250 cash tranche when you meet all program rules (first 30 qualified referrers; payout batch after platform settlement escrow reaches $1,250 — see dashboard for live copy).
- $250 per eligible referrer after 100 successful referrals (same bar as dashboard).
- Program caps at the first 30 qualified talents in this tranche; people already progressing keep their place (grandfathered).
- Referral payout batch runs after platform settlement escrow reaches $1,250 USDC or USD — personal wallet withdrawal rules in Billing align with the same threshold where applicable.
- A distinct gold-trim badge visible to all clients on your profile
- Priority placement above standard Silver talent in search results
- Early access to new platform features and beta programs

Rules
- Only new sign-ups via your referral link count — existing users don't count
- The referred talent must complete their profile (at least 50% score) for the referral to register
- Self-referrals or using multiple accounts to game the system results in disqualification
