About the role
This is a worldwide remote sales partner role.
It is not a salaried job and it is not an hourly contract.
You earn from revenue you bring to WeRemoteIT.
What you earn When a client signs up with your invite link and publishes a job on WeRemoteIT, we credit $100 USD to your sales escrow.
That credit is once per published job.
When 100 talent join through your talent invite link, you also qualify for the separate talent referral reward.
That reward is reviewed by the platform before it is paid.
It is not a salary.
How you are paid Client-job credits stay in escrow.
You can withdraw them only after the sales escrow balance reaches $1,000 USD .
Until then the money is recorded on your Earnings page and is not available for payout.
When the balance reaches that amount, the held total moves to your wallet.
Referral and sales credits are not charged the 10% fee that applies to client work milestones.
After the unlock, you withdraw with your normal payout method.

After you are hired, your Earnings page shows a client invite link and your existing talent invite link.
Workplace: fully remote, any country.
You choose your hours.
You need a way to talk with companies that hire remote talent, and you keep the relationship honest: only introduce clients who actually want to post a job.
