How money moves
Offer → fund → deliver → release

Four steps from hire agreement to payout.

Step 1

Send offer

Client sends a formal offer with amount and rail. Preview shows the 10% platform fee split before send.

Step 2

Fund escrow

After talent accepts, fund the milestone (card and/or USDC). Funds sit in escrow — not paid out yet.

Step 3

Deliver & review

Talent submits work. Client gets a review window (typically up to seven days). Dispute in-app if needed.

Step 4

Approve & release

On approval (or auto-progress if no dispute), funds release to talent minus the platform fee.

Off-platform deals are between the parties. Dispute and payout tooling apply only to funds that actually move through WeRemoteIT rails.

Platform fee on release

10%

Calculated on the gross amount released to talent when work is approved. Offer preview in the workspace shows the exact split before you send.

Job posting may be free during launch; escrow and contract payouts always follow the in-product states shown on Contracts and Escrows.
